Mrs. Universe Creativity 2023 Shipra Singh Inspires Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders at Bihar Industries Association with Her Signature Program, “The Identity Makeover”

Born in Patna, Bihar, Shipra Singh is the Founder & Director of Skature.com, a future-readiness company dedicated to developing Skills, Knowledge, and Ability (SKA) among students, professionals, entrepreneurs, institutions, and corporate leaders. A Social Impact Leader, Community Builder, and Transformation Coach, she has spent over a decade empowering individuals to unlock their potential and become purpose-driven leaders. She is also the winner of Mrs. Universe Creativity 2023 in the Philippines and a multiple crown holder at Mrs. India 2023.

During the session, Shipra shared the philosophy behind her signature program, “The Identity Makeover,” explaining that lasting success begins with transforming one’s identity rather than merely acquiring new skills. The program focuses on six core dimensions—mindset, self-belief, emotional patterns, communication, personal styling, and public confidence—helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, professionals, and aspiring leaders reshape their identity, overcome limiting beliefs, and become the person capable of achieving the outcomes they truly aspire to in life and business. The interactive session resonated deeply with participants, who appreciated its practical insights and transformational approach.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Shipra is creating significant social impact through education and women empowerment. She leads the “Dare to Dream” initiative, working with more than 200 government schools to empower teachers and students through “The Identity Makeover” program. She has also launched the “Rising Women League,” a platform dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs across the NCR. Its inaugural event, “Rising Circle,” was successfully hosted at Hilton Gurgaon on 5 June 2026.
